I have always loved getting a peek into what other people keep in their bags, no matter how repetitive it is. So, hoping you feel the same, I decided to show you what I carry in my diaper bag, with the exception of diapers and wipes, because they are kind of a given.
First, let me say that my diaper bag is fantastic. It's the Charlie Bag by SoYoung. No, I didn't name my baby after this bag, but that would be a good story because it is that great.
Here is what I keep in it:
These bags have been very convenient when I've needed to dispose of a diaper but there isn't a trash bin near by. These are also great for the times when I am at someone's house and don't want to stink up their place by tossing a messy diaper in their can.
This is a great hand sanitizer with a nice scent. You can also find it at Target!
Neutral pacifiers for my neutral needs, plus Charlie likes these kind. It's good to carry an extra with you in your bag so you have a clean one at the ready.
Just recently did I get this - I'm not sure why I did not buy it sooner. I thought baby powder was one of those unneeded items but it turns out to be pretty useful. This has one ingredient: clay.
A great multi-use balm, for anything from a hand-moisturizer, to Charlie's little bum, to scratches from his tiny fingernails.
Convenient for cleaning up drool and spit-up. It can later be used as a bib, as it has snaps.
The outfit pictured is by Hanna Andersson. Charlie's Grammie likes to shop there for him and always picks out the cutest pieces.
I never have enough food with me but I do usually walk out the door with an apple. My appetite these days is insatiable!
