Today has been a bit of a whirlwind, lots of driving and errand running before we leave on vacation tomorrow. I was feeling rather stressed when I got home earlier this afternoon, overwhelmed with what I had left to do (I must get this from my mom - she was always frazzled while preparing to vacation...hi mom! I love you).
Anyway, I poured a little hot water in a cup and stirred in some Calm. It always surprises me how well it works. This is the only "stress-fix" I have tried that noticeably helps me feel less anxious. It tastes nice, too.
If you are feeling on the fritz yourself, give it a try. And if that doesn't help you, go make yourself a bowl of pasta for dinner, which I also did : )
