I have never been very good at consistently exercising. I hate running. I don't like group classes. And gyms give me the heebie jeebies. Also, I don't own any workout clothes for fear of wearing them for everything but actually working out.
However, I sometimes wish that I were a strong, graceful ballerina, and I found an online workout program which kind of makes me feel like one. Barre3 combines ballet + yoga + pilates - the only three types of exercise that have ever appealed to me.
I gained short-term free access to Barre3 online workouts using the code barre3Darling, which I found through the Darling Magazine online. They are somehow really fun for me. Here are a few short videos that you can follow, morning, noon, and evening, whenever you have a five minutes.
